James Miles-Hobbs MBIAC is presently costing out the construction of 4 or 6 chicken sheds (say intensive 50,000 bird sheds) for a client with integrated renewables (biomass, solar PV, LED’s, VoltageOptimisation). The client wants to consider just the investment and then rent the sheds out to a local poultry producer.
James can obviously do the returns on the renewable bits, but if the client lets out these buildings rather than running them himself, does anyone have a feel for what the rental might be?
