Harper Adams University seeks to appoint a Lecturer to join the team delivering their Farm Business Management modules, which are taught across a diverse range of programmes within the university. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic agriculturalist, who is passionate and motivated about farm business management. Ideally, you can offer us expertise in areas around business management, finance, strategy, leadership or people management within an agricultural context. You might already have experience of presenting/lecturing/teaching Farm Business Management or you may be working in consultancy, advisory or sales roles and fancy a change. What’s important is that you are comfortable having a ‘farming’ conversation with our students and can inspire them to achieve their very best.
Applications are welcome from individuals with relevant commercial or academic experience. You will play a key role in the delivery of a variety of farm management modules at undergraduate level and must have a desire to help and inspire the next generation of farm business managers.
